Accessibility statement

• Every control is reachable and operable by keyboard alone. No interaction anywhere requires a pointer or a drag gesture.
• No state is signalled by colour alone. A question's status in the review palette carries a colour, a word and a shape, so it remains readable to a colour-blind candidate and to a screen reader.
• The examination paper magnifies to five times without its layout breaking or content becoming unreachable.
• There is no motion in the examination runtime — nothing animates, slides or auto-advances while a paper is open.
• Form controls are labelled, errors are announced, and a skip link reaches the main content on every page.
• Compensatory time, scribe permission and question exemptions are configured per candidate or per category and applied automatically. An exempted question is shown as exempted rather than omitted, so the numbering a candidate sees matches their response sheet.

No independent accessibility audit has been carried out. The platform has been built against WCAG 2.1 AA and tested by keyboard, but it has not been evaluated end-to-end with a screen reader by an auditor, and no conformance claim should be read as certified.

This is stated plainly because the alternative — implying a verified conformance level — would mislead exactly the people who most need accurate information.

If something on this platform is unusable with your assistive technology, that is a defect and it will be treated as one. Contact the institution that issued your credentials, describing the page, the technology you were using and what you expected to happen.

If a barrier is preventing you from sitting a scheduled examination, contact your examination centre directly — that needs resolving before the paper, not after.
