How do I…
The four things most people come here to do. For how the platform behaves in an edge case, the FAQs go into more detail.
Sit a scheduled examination
- Sign in with the credentials your institution issued.
- Your dashboard lists the papers scheduled for you, with their windows.
- Read the instructions screen — it states the marking rules that apply.
- Start the paper. Answers save as you make them; you do not need to save manually.
Resume an attempt you started
- Sign in and open the same paper from your dashboard.
- Your saved answers and remaining time are restored — time continued running, because the server keeps it.
- If your connection dropped, queued answers reconcile automatically on reconnect.
Read a published result
- Open Results from your dashboard once the result has been published.
- The breakdown shows each question, your response, and the marks awarded or deducted.
- Where an objection window is open, it is shown on the result itself.
Enrol in a course
- Browse the catalogue and open a course to see its curriculum before enrolling.
- Free courses enrol immediately; paid courses go through checkout.
- Lessons and quizzes then appear under My learning, with your progress tracked.
Something has gone wrong
If it is happening during a live paper, contact your centre invigilator rather than emailing — that needs an immediate decision, and your attempt is recoverable either way.
Otherwise the FAQs cover most behaviour questions, and the contact page lists who to reach for everything else.
