How do I…

The four things most people come here to do. For how the platform behaves in an edge case, the FAQs go into more detail.

Sit a scheduled examination

  1. Sign in with the credentials your institution issued.
  2. Your dashboard lists the papers scheduled for you, with their windows.
  3. Read the instructions screen — it states the marking rules that apply.
  4. Start the paper. Answers save as you make them; you do not need to save manually.

Resume an attempt you started

  1. Sign in and open the same paper from your dashboard.
  2. Your saved answers and remaining time are restored — time continued running, because the server keeps it.
  3. If your connection dropped, queued answers reconcile automatically on reconnect.

Read a published result

  1. Open Results from your dashboard once the result has been published.
  2. The breakdown shows each question, your response, and the marks awarded or deducted.
  3. Where an objection window is open, it is shown on the result itself.

Enrol in a course

  1. Browse the catalogue and open a course to see its curriculum before enrolling.
  2. Free courses enrol immediately; paid courses go through checkout.
  3. Lessons and quizzes then appear under My learning, with your progress tracked.

Something has gone wrong

If it is happening during a live paper, contact your centre invigilator rather than emailing — that needs an immediate decision, and your attempt is recoverable either way.

Otherwise the FAQs cover most behaviour questions, and the contact page lists who to reach for everything else.
