Refunds within 7 days, if you have not started

You may cancel a purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not started an attempt at the mock test or examination you bought.

Where a purchase granted several attempts, the refund applies while none of them has been used. Using one attempt delivers the content of the paper, so the purchase is treated as delivered.

Once an attempt has started

Starting an attempt shows you the questions. At that point the product has been delivered in full and cannot be returned, so purchases are not refundable once an attempt has begun — including an attempt abandoned part-way through, because the questions have still been seen.

This is why every paid mock test on this site has a free practice equivalent: sit that first if you want to see how the format works before paying.

If something went wrong on our side

The rule above governs a change of mind. It does not limit your rights where the fault is ours. We will refund in full, whether or not an attempt was started, if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• payment was taken but access was never granted, and we cannot grant it;
• the paper could not be delivered or graded because of a fault on our side;
• the content purchased was materially not as described.

Tell us within 7 days of noticing, and include the order reference from your confirmation email.

How to request a refund

1. Email from the address on your account.
2. Include your order reference and the name of the mock test.
3. Tell us briefly why you are asking.

We acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 5 working days.

How the money comes back

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — we cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or wallet.

We release the refund within 5 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to post it, usually 5 to 10 working days, which is outside our control.

Cancelling before you pay

A purchase is only made when payment completes. Closing the payment page, or a payment that fails, creates no order and takes no money. If you see a pending charge for an order that never completed, your bank releases it, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
