Get in touch
Who to contact depends on what has gone wrong. The routes below are ordered by how quickly each is likely to resolve.
A problem during a live examination
Contact your examination centre invigilator immediately rather than emailing. A paper in progress needs an on-the-spot decision, and your attempt is recoverable — answers are saved as you make them and the remaining time is held on the server, so a crash or a disconnection does not cost you the attempt.
A question about a published result
Results carry a question-by-question breakdown; read that first, as it usually answers the question. Where a specific question's answer key appears wrong, examinations have a formal objection window, and an objection raised in that window is reviewed and — if upheld — applied to every affected candidate's result, not just yours.
Anything else
This installation has not published a support address. Contact the institution that issued your Examination Platform credentials — they administer the examinations and hold the candidate records.
Staff and instructors
Administrative work — creating papers, marking, publishing results, managing courses — happens in the staff console rather than here. Sign in to the staff console.
