Everything sold here is digital. Access is granted the moment payment completes.
Nothing is shipped
This site sells online mock tests and practice papers. There is no physical product, so nothing is posted, couriered or delivered to an address, and no shipping charge is ever added to a purchase.
When you get access
Access is granted immediately on successful payment. Your purchase appears in your account as soon as the gateway confirms the payment — typically within seconds — and you can start the paper straight away.
A confirmation email is sent to the address on your account. The email is a receipt; it is not what grants access, so a delayed or filtered email does not delay your ability to sit the paper.
For how long
A purchased mock test stays available in your account with no expiry date. Where a purchase granted a number of attempts, those attempts remain yours until you use them.
If access does not appear
If payment succeeded but your purchase has not appeared within 30 minutes, sign out and back in — the account page is refreshed at sign-in. If it is still missing, contact us with your order reference and we will either grant access or refund you in full.
